Product Introduction with Leak Testing Equipment:
According to the basic principle of helium leak detection, helium is used as a tracer gas to charge helium into the workpiece, and then the accuracy of workpiece leakage can be quickly and accurately determined by helium leak detector.
Installation Requirements with Leak Testing Equipment:
The installation can only be conducted by trained professional installers.
The installation of the equipment at the site requires the following conditions:
(1) Main Power Supply
Electrical parameters: three-phase five-wire 380VAC, power 15KW.
Switches: 8 air switches, with a height above ground of ≥1.5M and a distance to the main equipment placement position of ≤2M.
(2) Gas Supply
① Helium: ≥1 bottle of bottled helium (40 liters 12MPa) with a 0.1MPa pressure reducing valve;
② High-purity nitrogen: bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) with a 0.2MPa pressure reducing valve;
③ Compressed air: clean compressed air with a pressure of 0.55-0.7MPa;
The distance between the gas supply interfaces and the placement position of the machine should be ≤1M.
(3) Others
① Prepare an outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter of ≥3/4″, and the distance between the interface and the placement position of the machine should be ≤1M.
